Andreas Bender

Andreas’ extensive knowledge of OTRS and his project experience feeds into product development and pre-sales support. Together with his team, he works to ensure that customers are able to optimize their use of OTRS through a variety of training and consulting workshops.

Prior to joining OTRS Group, Andreas worked as an IT consultant. He helped companies in many countries of all sizes to implement ITSM concepts, streamline costs and improve IT processes. He earned his degrees from the Karl Kuebel School in Application Development, Computer Science and Economics.

Outside of work, Andreas lives with his family in Germany. When the weather is nice, you can find him in front of the barbecue or on the terrace with a cigar. He actively educates himself about new technologies, but also about finance and politics.
