That’s reason enough for us to talk about the topic of business process management in our latest podcast. We do so with Nils Leideck. Nils is a product manager at OTRS.
In the podcast we learn interesting things about his background and especially his experience with BPM. Nils explains to us what exactly Business Process Management is and what role BPM software (BPMS) plays. We also ask him for his opinion and assessment of various results of our latest survey, which deals with the topic of process automation in companies. For example, what is the reason that workflows and processes have improved in times of home office, or why he thinks that most respondents cited time and cost savings as the main benefit of process automation.
