Release Note

OTRS MasterSlave 7 Patch Level 16

February 07, 2020 — OTRS Group, the world’s leading provider of the OTRS service management suite, including the fully managed OTRS solution and the ITIL® V3-compliant IT service management software OTRS::ITSM, today announces the first release of the OTRS MasterSlave module 7 patch level 16.

Bug Fixes

  • Bug#14367 – Generic agent edit screen slows due to many dynamic fields (bug#14367)
  • Bug#13159 – Generic agent deletes the content of dropdown type dynamic field if empty value is added (bug#13159).
  • Bug#14859 – With OTRSMasterSlave and ITSM it is not possible to delete links in CIs via the trash can icon.

 

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

 

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
