OSA-2022-06 Information disclosure in the External Interface (CVE-2022-1004)
PRODUCT AFFECTED:
This issue affects OTRS 7.0.x and OTRS 8.0.x.
PROBLEM:
Accounted time is shown in the Ticket Detail View (External Interface), even if ExternalFrontend::TicketDetailView###AccountedTimeDisplay is disabled.
This issue was seen during production usage.
This issue has been assigned CVE-2022-1004.
SOLUTION:
Update to OTRS 7.0.33 and OTRS 8.0.20.
