OSA-2022-09 Information disclosure in Request New Password feature (CVE-2022-32741)

PROBLEM:
Attacker is able to determine if the provided username exists (and it’s valid) using Request New Password feature, based on the response time.
This issue was seen during internal research.
This issue has been assigned CVE-2022-32741
SOLUTION:
Update to
OTRS 8.0.23
OTRS 7.0.35.
