OTRS::ITSM Module 7 Patch Level 11

September 03, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS::ITSM Module 7 Patch Level 11.

 

What´s New

Bug Fixes

  • Bug# 14682 – Config item edit throws server error when Warning incident state is set to invalid.
  • Bug# 14715 – CMDB and Change Searches create CSV file although Output is set to Excel.
  • Bug# 14717 – ITSM Search needs Class again after changing the showed items.

Browser Support

  • JavaScript is required to use OTRS.

These browsers are not supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer before version 10
  • Firefox before version 10
  • Safari before version 5

We recommend using the latest version of your browser because it has the best JavaScript and rendering performance. Dramatical performance varieties between the used browsers can occur with big data or big systems. We are happy to consult you on that matter.

 

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
