OTRS Business Solution™ 6 Patch Level 22

September 06, 2019 — OTRS Group, the world’s leading provider of the OTRS service management suite, including the fully managed OTRS solution and the ITIL® V3-compliant IT service management software OTRS::ITSM, today announces the first release of the OTRS Business Solution™ 6 Patch Level 22.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: Appointment shows agents which are already invalid (bug#14727).
  • Fixed: Breadcrumb text of dynamic field contact with data does not get translated (bug#14652).


How to Update

  • The OTRS Business Solution™ offers you the comfort of a simple one-click update. Every time a new patch level release is available, you will see a notification in the header. To update, just click the link displayed there and follow the instructions on the next page.


Browser Support

  • JavaScript is required to use OTRS.

These browsers are not supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer before version 11
  • Firefox before version 31
  • Safari before version 6

Please note that OTRS 6 will not support Internet Explorer 8 and 9.

We recommend to use the latest version of your browser, because it has the best JavaScript and rendering performance. Dramatical performance varieties between the used browsers can occur with big data or big systems. We are happy to consult you on that matter.

 

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
