OTRS MasterSlave 7 Patch Level 18

April 27, 2020 — OTRS Group, the world’s leading provider of the OTRS service management suite, including the fully managed OTRS solution and the ITIL^® V3-compliant IT service management software OTRS::ITSM, today announces the first release of the OTRS MasterSlave module 7 patch level 18.

Improved getting master ticket attachments.

Bug Fixes

Bug#14969 – Slave ticket article does not have the same content as the article created in followed master ticket.
Bug#14983 – Slave ticket article does not have correct content from master ticket article before sending.

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 7 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 6.
