OTRS MasterSlave 7 Patch Level 8

May 31, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS MasterSlave module 7 Patch Level 8.

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.

What’s New

• Updated translations, thanks to all translators.
• Updated framework files to OTRS 7.0.8.
• Added French, Galician, Italian, Portuguese and Swedish translations.
