OTRS Survey 7 Patch Level 7

July 12, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS Survey module 7 Patch Level 7.

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.

What’s New

• Updated translations, thanks to all translators.
• Updated minimum framework version to OTRS 7.0.9.
• Fixed Finnish translation file name.

Bug Fixes

• Bug#14533 – HTML parsing in survey form.
