OTRS SystemMonitoring 7 Patch Level 5

May 31, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS SystemMonitoring module 7 Patch Level 5.

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.

What’s New

• Updated translations, added Bulgarian, German, Spanish (Mexico), Italian, Japanese and Slovak translations.
• Added minimum framework version.
