OTRS TimeAccounting 7 Patch Level 6

April 26, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the 6th patch level release of the module OTRS TimeAccounting 7.

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
