OTRS Business Solution™ 6 Patch Level 21
July 12, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, today announces the 21th patch level release of its OTRS Business Solution™ 6.
Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
Bug Fixes
- Updated translations, thanks to all translators.
- Improved session ID handling in templates.
How to Update
- The OTRS Business Solution™ offers you the comfort of a simple one-click update. Every time a new patch level release is available, you will see a notification in the header. To update, just click the link displayed there and follow the instructions on the next page.
Browser Support
- JavaScript is required to use OTRS.
These browsers are not supported:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer before version 11
- Firefox before version 31
- Safari before version 6
Please note that OTRS 6 will not support Internet Explorer 8 and 9.
We recommend using the latest version of your browser because it has the best JavaScript and rendering performance. Dramatical performance varieties between the used browsers can occur with big data or big systems. We are happy to consult you on that matter.
