OTRS MasterSlave 7 Patch Level 14

November 15, 2019 — OTRS Group, the world’s leading provider of the OTRS service management suite, including the fully managed OTRS solution and the ITIL® V3-compliant IT service management software OTRS::ITSM, today announces the first release of the OTRS MasterSlave module 7 patch level 14.

 

What’s New

  • Fixed: After unset a master ticket, the ticket link is not updated.

Bug Fixes

  • Bug#14781 – Can not select the “UnsetSlave” and the “UnsetMaster” values on the “Update/Add Ticket Attributes” section of generic agent view (bug#14778).

 

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

 

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
