OTRS Survey 7 Patch Level 6

May 31, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS Survey module 7 Patch Level 6.

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.

What’s New

• Updated translations, thanks to all translators.
• Added Czech, Greek, English (United Kingdom), Persian, Macedonian, Romanian, Slovenian and Swedish translations.
• Fixed Portuguese translation file.
• Improved performance of SurveyList statistic backend.
