OTRS SystemMonitoring 7 Patch Level 6

July 12, 2019 — OTRS, the world’s leading provider of open source Help Desk software and ITIL® V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) software, today announces the first release of the OTRS SystemMonitoring module 7 Patch Level 6.

 

What’s New

  • Added on-demand test mode configuration, and Updated minimum framework version to OTRS 7.0.9.

Bug Fixes

 

OTRS On-Premise customers should obtain the new product version from our exclusive download area at portal.otrs.com. You need to be logged in with your OTRS-ID. Visit our download center

Please note that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 6 and following versions for regular maintenance. The last supported version for security fixes is OTRS 5.
