Before taking a leadership role at OTRS, André Mindermann held various senior-level management positions in specialized IT outsourcing companies. From 2001 to 2004, he served as CEO of Techspan Enterprise, a German-Indian-American joint venture focusing on offshore software development. Prior to that, he founded and led the Enterprise Consulting Group, a successful international services company focused on the airline and tourism industries.
André Mindermann holds an MBA from Frankfurt’s Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. He also has a great personal interest in philosophy, which he is still studying at JWG University.
