Jeffrey May helps businesses improve their workflows and service operations. His areas of expertise include customer service, sales, management and service operations. He has worked with OTRS Group for more than four years and currently serves as the Director of Sales, Americas.
Jeff works closely with business leaders to uncover missed opportunities in their operations so that their teams can work more quickly and efficiently, thereby saving money. He has extensive training in IT Service Desk and Sales Management, and has a background in travel and hospitality technology. A former Marine, Jeff is personally invested in the successful development of teams towards a common goal and the importance of education. He is currently located in the United States, raises two teenagers and enjoys his gym time whenever possible.
