Daphne has worked with businesses across multiple industries to examine business processes – ITIL or otherwise – and implement solutions that break down silos, keep communication flowing, improve the quality of service delivery and impacts the results of management KPIs.
She is a results-oriented business leader who uses collaborative principles to find the best solutions for organizations. Daphne attended Universiti Malaysia Sabah, where she received honors in her international business program.
Outside of work, Daphne enjoys creating new dishes and leisurely runs around Marina Bay.
