Benjamin Müller is an expert when it comes to defining and developing cloud solutions. With his expertise in designing software architectures and his experience in dealing with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS providers, he shapes the OTRS Solution. He gained his customer focus through many years of professional experience as an IT consultant and technical sales engineer. In an Industry 4.0 environment, Benjamin Müller was responsible for the development of a cloud-based platform.
He is convinced that customer focus is a crucial success factor. The solutions he designs are therefore always focused on the customer and their needs. Benjamin Müller holds an M.Sc. in Business Informatics from the Technical University of Darmstadt. He prefers to spend his free time with his family, playing music and traveling.
