With more than 20 years of professional experience, he is an expert when it comes to international project management, having gained extensive expertise in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and BPM (Business Process Management). His software design background, previously as a financial services solutions developer, and deep technical knowledge round out his profile. In fact, even before cloud computing became a topic in Germany, Christopher Kuhn was opting for cloud-based solutions.
He is convinced that when a society encourages open communication, such as is represented by OTRS, people have the chance to produce their best possible products.
